Staff submits the form
A care home team member fills in our short intake form — taking around 5–8 minutes — with consent from the resident or their family.
We create their song
A personalised, studio-quality song is written and recorded based on the resident's story, memories, and personality.
Delivered by email
The finished song link is emailed directly to the staff member who submitted the request, ready to share with the resident or family.
